Esto ocurre con m\u00e1s frecuencia si tienes SIBO, intolerancias o alguna disfunci\u00f3n digestiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que parece bueno para la mayor\u00eda, puede irritar tu intestino o alimentar bacterias de forma inadecuada, provocando s\u00edntomas como hinchaz\u00f3n, gases o cansancio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por eso, es clave saber que no todos los alimentos saludables son adecuados para todos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este art\u00edculo te contamos cu\u00e1les son esos alimentos \u201caparentemente sanos\u201d que podr\u00edan estar saboteando tu digesti\u00f3n y qu\u00e9 alternativas puedes probar para sentirte mejor sin dejar de cuidarte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10 alimentos saludables que pueden perjudicarte si tienes SIBO o<br>\nintolerancias<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aguacate: Rico en polioles y fructosa, puede provocar hinchaz\u00f3n, gases o diarrea si tienes SIBO o alguna intolerancia.<br><strong>Alternativa<\/strong>: usa peque\u00f1as cantidades o sustit\u00fayelo por huevo cocido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Miel: Contiene mucha fructosa, que puede alimentar bacterias en exceso y empeorar s\u00edntomas digestivos.<br><strong>Alternativa<\/strong>: sirope de arroz o simplemente evitar edulcorantes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cebolla cruda: Muy rica en fructanos, fibras fermentables que favorecen la hinchaz\u00f3n y malestar.<br><strong>Alternativa<\/strong>: usa la parte verde del puerro o cebolla bien cocida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajo crudo: Alt\u00edsimo en fructanos, adem\u00e1s de ser un potente irritante si tienes sobrecrecimiento bacteriano.<br><strong>Alternativa<\/strong>: ajo infusionado en aceite (sin la fibra fermentable).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lentejas y legumbres: Fermentan f\u00e1cilmente en el intestino delgado, provocando gases y malestar.<br><strong>Alternativa<\/strong>: lentejas rojas peladas o germinadas, en poca cantidad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manzana: Contiene fructosa y sorbitol, que pueden causar gases e hinchaz\u00f3n.<br><strong>Alternativa<\/strong>: frutas bajas en FODMAP como kiwi o fresas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yogur de vaca: Por su contenido en lactosa, puede alimentar bacterias problem\u00e1ticas si tienes SIBO.<br><strong>Alternativa<\/strong>: yogur vegetal sin az\u00facar o k\u00e9fir artesanal en dosis peque\u00f1as.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pan integral comercial: Suele tener fibra de baja calidad, gluten y levaduras industriales que pueden inflamar el intestino.<br><strong>Alternativa<\/strong>: pan sin gluten de masa madre o pan de arroz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smoothies verdes: Mezclan frutas y vegetales crudos llenos de fibra dif\u00edcil de digerir si tienes sensibilidad digestiva.<br><strong>Alternativa<\/strong>: jugos vegetales colados o batidos suaves sin hojas crudas ni frutas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kombucha (en exceso): Aunque es fermentada, su az\u00facar residual y gas pueden irritar si tienes SIBO o intestino sensible.<br><strong>Alternativa<\/strong>: agua con lim\u00f3n o infusiones digestivas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfDebo eliminar estos alimentos para siempre?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No siempre es necesario eliminarlos de por vida.
