The essential vitamin test does not require any special preparation. However, we recommend taking the sample first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, and even better, after a warm shower to get the blood flowing.

If your levels are altered, we recommend repeating the test after 3 months to monitor your progress. If your levels are in the normal range, a test every 12 months would be sufficient.
